This Privacy Policy explains how Bringo LLC, doing business as Wren ("Wren," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information through our website, mobile applications and services (the "Services").
Information we collect
- Contact information such as name, phone number and email address, provided by couriers, partners and customers.
- Courier information such as identity and onboarding details provided during the application process, and information needed to pay couriers.
- Location data from couriers using our app while performing deliveries, including background location while a delivery is in progress, used for dispatch, tracking and proof of delivery.
- Delivery information such as pickup and drop-off addresses, order details, photos taken as proof of delivery, and call and message logs related to deliveries.
- Device and usage information such as device type, app version and log data.
How we use information
- To dispatch, track and complete deliveries and provide proof of delivery.
- To onboard, communicate with and pay couriers.
- To send service-related text messages and notifications.
- To provide customer and partner support, resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the Services: with delivery partners and restaurants to fulfill orders, with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, onboarding, payment and messaging providers) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our messaging services, such as phone carriers and messaging platform providers, solely to deliver the messages.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@wrendelivery.com. Courier app users can request account deletion through the same address.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and couriers must be at least 18 years old.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
