Purpose: Text messages to independent couriers about their application, onboarding, delivery assignments, schedule updates and account notices.

How to opt in: By checking the consent box on our driver sign-up form or by texting START to our number.

Message frequency: Varies based on your activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Help: Reply HELP or email support@wrendelivery.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of working with Wren.
